6. I don't "sell" houses, I assist you in making the decision.   If I'm "selling" I'm doing it wrong.  You are in charge and my job is to gather the information to help you make informed decisions.

I will do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA).  As a seller this is very useful in helping to set the listing or asking price.  As a buyer this is a great tool to determine if the asking price is "fair".  As a standard business practice I continuously monitor the Multiple List System (MLS) for the area(s) you are interested in or live in, keeping you apprised of market conditions as they evolve.
9. Once you have made a decision, I will monitor the process (inspections, repairs, loan commitment, etc.) to make sure that everything stays on the timeline to settlement.
10. You'll have the advantage of personal, one-on-one attention, as well as my dynamic web and e-mail resources.
11. I don't think of people as clients, I think of them as new friends.
